Its coated seed delivers quick germination, strong early rooting, and thick coverage that stands up to traffic, heat, and stress when properly maintained.

  • New Lawn: 1,700–2,500 sq ft
  • Overseeding existing Bermuda: 2,500–5,000 sq ft
• 12lb Bag
  • New Lawn: 4,000–6,000 sq ft
