Shipping rates

Standard Shipping: $5.99 per order on orders under $100. It's one charge per order, not per item.

FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $100 or more.

California, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, and Washington: fertilizer bags ship at a flat $9.95. All other products follow the standard rates above, including free shipping on orders of $100 or more.

Where we ship

We ship within the Contiguous U.S. (we cannot ship to Alaska or Hawaii).

No P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Some products are restricted in certain states. Each product's Shipping Information section lists its state restrictions, and we can't ship restricted items to those states.

Processing and delivery times

Orders typically ship within 2 business days of the order being placed. Transit time is 2–7 business days depending on destination.

Please note that holidays may slow shipping and transit times.

Digital products (eBooks, lawn plans, Yard Care Bootcamp) are delivered electronically; nothing ships.

Order changes

All sales are final. Once you receive a shipping notification email, your order is considered shipped and can't be cancelled, refunded, modified, or exchanged. Because of the weight and shipping cost of our products, we can't cancel, refund, modify, return, or exchange orders. Please double-check that your billing and shipping addresses are correct before placing your order.

Need to fix an address before your order ships? Submit a ticket at The Lawn Care Nut Help Center right away.

Damaged, incomplete, or missing items

If your product arrives damaged, incomplete, or missing, email shop@thelawncarenut.com with proof of your original purchase and pictures of any received products and packaging.
