Product Description:
Double Dark contains an impressive 6% iron—very few granular fertilizers offer this much. Iron drives that deep blue-green color, but iron alone won’t work unless the lawn is actively growing. That’s where the nitrogen comes in.

This blend includes 16% nitrogen, with one-quarter being slow-release. This stimulates the lawn just enough to help it uptake nutrients and color up, without causing excessive top growth. Nitrogen and iron work together in perfect synergy to create the signature Double Dark effect.

Many people say, “I used Ironite, but it stopped working.” That’s because iron without nitrogen can only do so much. Double Dark fixes that by pairing both nutrients in the right ratio.
