Refunds On Clothing
If your order arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damage by email to email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. If you do not report the damage to us within this 48 hour period, we may not be able to honor your claim. Please note that there may be additional circumstances under which we will not be able to honor your return. Acceptance of a return is within our sole discretion.
Refunds On Digital Items
Note that our ebooks are digital downloads. While we strive to satisfy your needs, we also need to be aware that some people are not honest and just want a free ride. Our refund policy is as follows: you must try the product for 30 days before requesting an refund. If after 30 days you are not satisfied you can email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org and provide a reason for the refund request. Note that there are no refunds on items on sale or when you use a discount code. Thanks for understanding.
These products are sold as is. If for any reason your product arrived damaged, incomplete, or missing email us proof of your original purchase to email@example.com with pictures of the damaged product and we will replace the product or refund the purchase price.
