0-0-2 MicroGreene™ Fertilizer is engineered for two purposes:

  1. Micronutrient product to add to 18-0-1 GreenePunch™ Lawn Fertilizer or other Nitrogenous fertilizers when micronutrient deficiencies are present or soil remediation is required

  2. Complete product for turfgrass application during fertilizer ordinance “blackout” periods where local regulations prohibit the application of Nitrogen and Phosphorous fertilizers.

Now if you’ve ever done a soil test you know that we care about the macronutrients and micronutrients in the soil.  

The macronutrients N-P-K (Nitrogen-Phosphorus-Potassium) we can get from fertilizers.

But what about micronutrients?

That’s where the MicroGreene comes in.    

MicroGreene gives us Magnesium, Sulfur, Iron, Manganese, and Zinc and is the perfect micro stack to hit all of your bases.  

Plus when you throw’er down it gives you a visual response in the lawn within just a few days.

Typically the lawn turns quite dark blue-green from the heavier applications of 9 oz/gallon/1,000 sq ft.

    The recommended application rate is 9 oz per 1,000 sq ft.

    This product is shipped in two 2.5-gallon jugs.

    1 gallon = 128 oz

    2.5 gallons = 320 oz

    5 gallons = 640 oz

    At the app rate of 9 oz/1,000 sq ft, you will get:

    • 14,200 sq ft of coverage from a single gallon
    • 35,500 sq ft of coverage from a 2.5-gallon jug
    • 71,100 sq ft of coverage from the full 5 gallons 

    For a 5,000 sq ft lawn, this means you will get ~14 total applications: 

    9 oz/1,000 sq ft x 5 = 45 oz

    640 oz/45 oz = 14.2 total applications 

    Keep this in mind when you decide how much you need. If your yard is not that big, consider splitting with a neighbor or family member.

    Storage: Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Product will store for 2 years under warehouse conditions.
